Refund Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
WantToGo does not charge for anything yet. This is how cancellation and refunds will work once paid subscriptions start.
What this covers
A WantToGo subscription is planned as a recurring payment: you pay for a billing period, and it renews automatically until you cancel it. The price, the currency and the length of the billing period will be shown clearly before you pay.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, and you don't have to give a reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not cut your access short. You keep everything your subscription gives you until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds in general
Once a billing period has begun, the payment for that period is generally non-refundable, and we do not routinely refund part of a period you have partly used.
When we will refund anyway
- Where the law where you live gives you a refund or withdrawal right — see below.
- Where you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
- Where you were charged after cancelling.
- Where the service was substantially unavailable for a significant part of the period you paid for.
Beyond those, we would rather fix a genuine problem than argue about it: if something went wrong, tell us and we will look at it properly.
Your statutory rights come first
Depending on where you live, you may have withdrawal or refund rights that apply whatever this page says — including, in some countries, a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period. Those rights come first, and nothing here limits or waives them.
How to ask for a refund
Write to i@wanttogo.app from the email address on the account, or tell us what it is, and describe what happened. We will look into it and reply to you by email.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top of it, and we will do that before any charging begins. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
